Pricing Guide
Staging to Live
$65 per hour.
Karin will come to your home and help you “remix” your space! You can expect to move furniture, redecorate, and receive recommendations for what you can add to your space that fits your budget.
Staging to Sell
between $65.00-$95.00 per hour depending on staff needs
You can expect Karin to come to your space, and give you hands-on staging where we move furniture, declutter and accessorize. You and Karin will determine how much time and staff is needed to stage your home.
Staging Consultation
$150 for 90 min with a written report
$150 for 2 hours and no report
Karin will provide an oral consultation to help you determine how best to stage your space. She will go room by room with you and can provide you a detail report of furniture and accessory needs.
